Supporting clients with HR management
Organizations all over the world outsource their human resource
functions to specialists for the following reasons.
 |
To gain access to expert knowledge
and services that may be too costly to provide themselves. |
 |
To reduce administrative work which will enable
them to focus more on strategic issues |
 |
To reduce operating costs and the huge
investments. |
|
Today's business reality requires organizations to become
increasingly more efficient in managing their human resources function.
Attracting, retaining and developing a staff of human resources professionals
and keeping up-to-date with the latest technology can prove difficult and
costly for many organizations.
The HR outsourcing formula works because a growing business needs
the full range of HR management expertise. However, most organizations do not
have the volume of personnel management work to cost-justify a full in-house
service.
That is where we come in.
Vin Management's human resources outsourcing provides the
knowledge and resources to expertly perform part or all of a clients' human
resources function, allowing them to streamline their internal processes and
concentrate on generating profit in their core business.
Our trained staff & sophisticated human resources tools can
supplement, or replace, client-staffed systems. Vin Management offers a wide
range of outsourcing options; including strategic human resources plan,
assistance in benefits plan administration, staffing, selection and assessment,
leadership and training and development.

PCMM
The People Capability Maturity Model is an effort to put in place
a system to streamline and improvise the organization's workforce. The model
provides guidance for attracting, developing, motivating, organizing, and
retaining a world-class workforce. This model defines an evolutionary
improvement path from ad hoc, inconsistent practices into a mature, disciplined
approach to developing the competencies and motivation of professionals. It
guides in developing the capability and readiness of the people you need to
execute your business. Your commitment to developing people builds your
reputation as an "employer of choice" critical when competing for increasingly
scarce talent.
Vin Management is certified to implement the People Capability
Maturity Model in your organization.
Authored in 1995 by Bill Curtis, Chairman of the Software
Engineering Institute (SEISM) in USA, People CMM is perhaps the only HR
certification of its kind that guides an organization through five stages of
people development, each layer measuring the maturity level of the
organisation's work force practices. So, from an organization that pays scant
attention to its workforce (level 1), the model facilities the company's growth
to level 3,4 and, where the growth on the human index is considered optimum.
Here each employee is made to contribute to his maximum.
The People CMM was developed at the SEI with support from the U.S.
Army & the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
The SEI is a federally funded research & development center
sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense & operated by Carnegie Mellon
Univ.
The strategic objectives pursued in the People CMM are to:
 |
improve the capability of
organizations by increasing the capability of their staff, |
 |
align the motivation of the staff with those of
the organization, and |
 |
retain assets (i.e., people with extensive
skills and capabilities) within the organization. |
|
The People CMM includes practices in the areas of:
 |
staffing (includes recruiting,
selection and planning) |
 |
managing performance |
 |
training |
 |
compensation |
 |
work environment |
 |
career development |
 |
organizational and individual competence |
 |
mentoring and coaching |
 |
team and culture development |
